The Law Office of Rick Unger was established in 1995 to serve the transactional and counseling needs of business people, businesses and sophisticated individuals, primarily in the Philadelphia region. Rick Unger practiced for 18 years as an Associate, and then Partner, with one of Philadelphia's largest firms, Duane, Morris & Heckscher, before establishing his own practice. About sixty percent of his practice is business counseling and transactional work, the remainder being real estate transactions. He works closely with the trusts and estates firm of Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, also in West Conshohocken, handling business and real estate issues arising out of estate planning and the administration of estates.
